The Covid 19 pandemic has made it clear to business owners and managers that automation and digital transformation can help employees remain productive while socially distant. This has led to the emergence of the three C's: continuity, communication, and change management. However, a fourth C is also essential for success in today's business world: sustainability. The survey was carried out with a five-level Likert-type scale (1% low in 3D; 5% high in 3D), which allows the answers to be translated into levels of maturity in terms of sustainability. However, in the business context, this is especially difficult since the economic dimension is of particular importance in accordance with the paradigm of values-based management.
